Fully-equipped kitchen, livingroom, 3 bedrooms ( 2 double, 1 with 4 bunk beds for children) 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

The surroundings

The house, situated in Vaux-sur-mer, is very close to the seaside resort of Royan, at the mouth of the Gironde, between Bordeaux and La Rochelle.

The beautiful beach of Pontaillac is at only 5 minutes walking, different stores as well.
